Product description
Lovely little Japanese Oroshi grater for wasabi (horseradish) daikon (radish) ginger, nutmeg etc. It turns food to to a fine paste rather than actually shredding it and is great for a ginger tea. Our friend Pat reckons it’s the best thing ever for her masala. It stands up, hangs up, looks like a shoe horn, and is just over 6" tall. Brilliant.
Best usage
After grating, it’s best to stir the resulting mush through the food you’re preparing rather than trying to scrape it off the grater.
