Serrated dark green leaves with a sweet, mild flavour. Add tender baby leaves to salads for a refreshing crunch, or allow them to mature for hearty stir-fries.
Best usage
- Plant seeds directly into well-drained soil from March-July or September-October.
- Prefers full sun or partial shade
- Harvest once the first five to six leaves have formed
- Pick regularly to encourage new growth.
