Product description
Crafted from sustainably harvested Hiba trees (Thujopsis dolabrata) from the mountains of the Noto peninsula in Ishikawa prefecture, Japan. Hiba wood has a lovely weight and softness to it, and is rich in the anti-bacterial hinokitiol. They start off with quite a rich smell, but quieten down quickly. Unvarnished. Hand wash only - keep away from the dishwasher.
Best usage
Use them to eat a delicious bowl of rice, noodles, or sushi. The choice is yours. They’re unvarnished and hand wash only – so no dishwasher!
Use your thumb and index finger to pinch and control the top chopstick and your ring finger to stabilise the bottom chopstick. That’s it - go forth and grab that last dumpling with confident precision.
Don’t stick them in your mouth and do the walrus thing – we’re begging you.
