Silky Gomtaro
Pruning Saw
Japanese saws cut on the pull stroke, not the push, giving you more control. The blades are thinner, meaning you get a thinner kerf (the cut) with less effort. Can't be bad.
Gomtaro is the ideal saw for larger pruning jobs, 'raising the crown' of young trees, and all those times when a folding saw wouldn't be big enough. The smaller 210 model is great for selective coppicing, pruning out individual trunks of hazel or sweet chestnut coppice.
Nice rubber grip and sturdy holster.
210: 8" (21cm) blade
300: 12" (30cm) blade
