We spent ages looking at Ikebana scissors - Okatsune alone make 5 different models - and eventually chose these, from the Ikenobo school of flower arranging.
Perfectly weighted, their short, broad blades are strong enough to cut thick branches but accurate enough for detailed work. Clever wire cutting notch.
